The strategy will target fundamentally sound assets in stable-to-growing markets with stressed capital structures, owners, and / or lenders:

  • Special situations triggered by owners facing near-term cash needs from property or loan proceed shortfalls

  • Opportunistic acquisitions from banks and non-bank lenders

  • Real estate companies, portfolios and/or assets in need of structured solutions

  • Origination of senior and mezzanine debt, as well as preferred equity, to capitalize on market dislocation and liquidity constraints, with a focus on multifamily and retail in target markets
